Refund and Exchange Policy

1.  All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds on any bath & body or aromatherapy products.

• Keep in mind that there are many versions of your favorite fragrance.  If you have not ordered from us before, perhaps you should start with a sample before making a large purchase.  This will ensure you will get the fragrance you desire.

• Secondly, are oils are purchased from several manufacturers.  We buy the best of the best.  However manufacturers change their fragrances from time to time or they simply stop carrying a particular fragrance.  We have no control over this and try to find another manufacturer.  In that regard your favorite fragrance may change.  If you are concerned about the changes, please send us an email and we will let you know if any changes have been made since your last order.

2.  No Returns are accepted.

• Due to the nature of this product we do not accept returns.  We can not testify to the contents of returned items.  If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact Customer Service and we will work with you.  Please do not return any product without contacting us.  Any returns we receive without prior communication will be discarded and no refund or credit will be given.
